The Order of The Feather has been a leadership and service organization for young men in and around the New York City area since 1946.

Founded at Camp Minisink, over 1000 young men have since "crossed the burning sands": successfully completing a six month "pledging" period during which each met the rigorous and character building standards of The Order. These young men have since gone on to ever more successful endeavors; and to assume leadership and service roles in this- and other communities across the nation.
